PremiseCore

PremiseCore grew out of the software I built to run Limelight Coworks. It brings the workflows of a coworking business into one operating system.

Where it started

Running Limelight made the problem concrete. Enquiries, member information, agreements, payments and renewals were parts of the same business, but managing them across separate tools made follow-through difficult.

Limelight OS was the internal response. PremiseCore develops that work into software for other coworking and managed-workspace operators, under Payleaf Solutions.

The workflows

• Enquiries, lead ownership and follow-up.
• Member onboarding, KYC and agreements.
• Invoices, payment records and renewals.
• Workspace inventory, meeting rooms and visitors.
• Vendor records and operating responsibilities.

Built alongside an operating workspace

My involvement spans both the operating business and its software. Limelight provides the firsthand context; PremiseCore is where those lessons become a product for other operators.
